It all started when…

Kaffee Vonsolln was started in 2010 by a German baker with the aim to bring German pastries and freshly roasted coffee to Portsmouth.  It quickly became a local favorite, and remains one to this day.  In 2016, it was purchased by Karen, Allen, and Emma (Mom, Dad, Daughter).  

Even though we're not German, we still carry on the tradition by offering a selection of favorite German pastries.  All of our coffee is roasted in-house by Emma.  As a family, we've tried to create the kind of cafe we would want to spend time in--and we think we've succeeded.  We offer excellent coffee, delicious pastries, and the kind of cozy, friendly atmosphere that welcomes both regulars and new customers alike.
